Jason Wilcox, 46, of Millsboro, DE, was in a black Land Rover when he was involved in the crash at  Lewes Georgetown Highway and Minos Conaway Road in Lewes around 8 p.m., DSP said.

As a result, Jessica Guida, 35, of Temple, PA, Jovie Wright, 9, of Temple, PA, and Gerald Huss, 74, of Lewes, died. Gerald was Jessica's mother and Jovie was Jessica's child. Jessica's son, Christian, 12, was hospitalized in serious condition, according to a GoFundMe page for the family.

As a result, the front of the Land Rover struck the driver’s side of the Honda for impact in the westbound lane, in the intersection. Wilcox continued westbound as it rotated in a counterclockwise direction coming to rest in the westbound lane. The impact caused the Honda to spin in a counterclockwise direction where it came to a rest in the eastbound lane.

Wilcox was identified as the other driver who left the crash scene, and charged with leaving the scene of a collision resulting in death, leaving the scene of a collision resulting in injury, and various traffic offenses.

Police say that the Pennsylvania family was in a Honda Odyssey attempting to turn left at the intersection, when it pulled into Wilcox's path.
